Meet Me at Hotel Amour

Last month, around the time of my birthday, I had the great fortune to meet my dear friend, Lana, in person after only being connected through social media for so many years.

She was exactly like I envisioned her to be: extraordinarily kind, generous, playful, and incredibly stylish. As we explored Paris together, she was kind enough to invite me into her room at Hotel Amour to shoot a bit of content. As a local, I rarely visit or stay in any hotels in Paris so I was curious to visit Hotel Amour and discover what makes this boutique hotel so special.

Tucked away between Montmartre and Pigalle, Hotel Amour can be spotted by its bright pink neon sign and clusters of people gathered on the terrace. Lana’s room felt like a fairytale room lined with vintage books and a marble pink bathtub. With humorously erotic carpets lining the hallways and eclectic novelties laying about, the hotel is for those seeking out a place with character.

Wearing my favorite vintage dress and off-the-shoulder top by Georgia Alice, a discontinued New Zealand brand, Lana shot these lovely photos for me in the dreamy late afternoon light.
