Armani Beauty: Balmy Summer Makeup

Summer is already in full swing here in Paris and as an LA native used to season-less weather, I was yet again caught off guard. With new temperatures and longer days, I wanted to share with you my latest beauty collaboration with Armani Beauty!

Neo Nude Melting Color Balm:
First off, I’m a such a sucker for chic packaging. I absolutely love these compact sized matte blushes. The formula is soft and buildable for a very light tint or a more flushed look depending on your mood. With my slightly tanned olive complexion I’m wearing shade 60.
Neo Nude A-Blush:
I’m not sure which one I love more: a liquid blush or a solid one. But for a more dewy look, the Neo Nude A-Blush is perfect for a minimalist approach. Apply gently for a slight tint on the lips and cheeks. I’m wearing shade 30 in light pink.
Neo Nude Illuminating A-Highlight:
For a subtle shimmer finish, the Neo Nude Illuminating A-Highlight offers a soft glow. Apply along the highest points of your cheeks and cupid’s arrow along your lips. I’m wearing shade 10, a dusty white shimmer.
Fluid Sheer Illuminator:
Finishing with a glazed glow, the Fluid Sheer Illuminator makes me look like I came back from a day at the beach. Applied along my neckline, the formula adds a little extra shimmery finish to my beauty process. Shade 10 compliments my skin tone without being too overdone.
Last but not least, I tried Armani Beauty’s Eyes to Kill Mascara. I’m always on the hunt for the perfect mascara. Currently, I’m a religious user of Merit’s clean beauty mascara and I rarely find anything that matches it in terms of wearability. As I write this blog post, I’m still wearing Armani Beauty’s mascara that I applied earlier this afternoon to shoot these photos. So far, I have no complaints. The formula applies beautifully with the applicator and there are no smudges.
Overall, my favorite two products are the Neo Nude Melting Color Balms and Eyes to Kill Mascara. These are products that I can easily see myself incorporating into my daily beauty routine since I usually do my make-up in ten minutes or less.
